Piyo – Day 13 – Sweat

This is the point in workout where I want to give up.  I’m tired and sore and sick, and I really just want to give up.  Thankfully I pushed myself throughout the feeling and did the damn thing.  It wasn’t my best workout ever but I did it and I did all of it without coping out.  I’m sweaty and sore and you know what I’m glad I pushed through because I feel better.
